Hard Chrome Plating — HRC 58+
Electrolytic hard chrome deposit of 0.1–0.3mm thickness. Hardness exceeding 58 HRC resists abrasion from packing seals, extending stuffing box maintenance intervals by up to 3×.
Centerless Ground — ±0.005mm
Post-plating centerless grinding achieves diameter tolerance of ±0.005mm and surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2μm — critical for maintaining positive packing seal under dynamic loading.
Corrosion Resistance

API Standard Couplings

Heavy Crude PCP
